Meet The Founder.

I went into safety to help workplaces be safe, but I was spending more time on paperwork than actually making workplaces safer.
This frustration became the catalyst for starting Flocrunch.
I'm Ike Aigbogun, and I've spent years watching brilliant safety professionals, people who could prevent incidents and save lives, get bogged down in administrative quicksand. Talented safety managers spending 70% or more of their time on manual processes instead of the strategic safety work that actually matters. The breaking point came when I realised the solution was already “sitting on our desks”.After working with other safety professionals and across various industries, I discovered something remarkable: Most organisations already have 80-90% of the digital capabilities they need through tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.My mission is to help safety professionals spend less time on admin and more time on what actually matters - preventing incidents and protecting people. When I'm not helping safety professionals transform their operations, you'll find me exploring the latest developments in AI and automation, always with an eye on practical applications for workplace safety.I believe that technology should amplify human expertise, not replace it. The best safety outcomes happen when skilled professionals have powerful tools that let them focus on what they do best - keeping people safe.
